Dr. Brandon Lowe is an undergraduate of UNC Greensboro (2005) and has a master's degree (Rehabilitation & Mental Health Counseling) from North Carolina A&T State University (2013). Dr. Lowe received his Doctoral Degree from FMI Biblical Studies and Seminary in May, 2024. Dr. Lowe is the founder of Knew Era Consulting PLLC (2015), a behavioral health agency providing therapeutic services and has been in the mental health field since 2006 (18 years). Dr. Lowe is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) and specializes in mental health providing outpatient treatment for individuals (children/adults/elderly), couples, and family members.
Dr. Lowe holds dual licenses as a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS) and a Certified Clinical Supervisor Intern (CCSI).
In addition to holding state licensures, Dr. Lowe also holds a national certification as a Master in Addictions Counseling (MAC) specializing in various addictions such as substance, alcohol, gambling, sex, and drugs. Dr. Lowe holds another national certification as a Certified Sex Offender Treatment Professional (CSOTP) where he specializes in treating sex offenders and is qualified to conduct assessments and treatment for individuals who are registered sex offenders and/or at risk of displaying inappropriate sexual behaviors.
Dr. Lowe has been recognized in his community as a recipient of the 40 Under 40 Most Influential African Americans in the Triad (North Carolina) in 2020 (Black Business Ink). Dr. Lowe was also acknowledged by Greater Winston-Salem Inc, in 2021 for the Under 40 Leadership Award. Dr. Lowe is a very sought out therapist in the state of North Carolina due to his numerous therapeutic specialties and experience.
Dr. Lowe is currently in the process of creating a behavioral curriculum for faith-based institutions, children/adolescents in school, and community settings (Cesar-Lowe Behavioral Institute).
