Modern medicine and secular interventions/theories are often the most receptive amongst individuals in search of deliverance and healing. Although, we here at FMI Christian Counseling Center do not disregard these approaches and its usefulness; it is our belief that only through the Word of God and those who are empowered through His Holy Spirit, have the ability to help any individual(s) in deliverance out of their possessive state and or circumstances undergone.
Our model and teacher is Jesus Christ who is the only true healer.
According to our school's course catalog, "Spiritual formation describes the means, intentions and vision that lead to the formation of our spirits as God intends. It discusses the theology of spiritual formation in the frame of transformation, community, and outreach as a Kingdom minded people"
(FMI Biblical Studies and Seminary, 2020).
Often times, society views the "church" as having it all together. Though, during these trying times in attempts to adhere to the pandemic's regulations, and conformity to secular provisions that go against the Word of God...that is not the case for some. We are experts in resolving Church conflict, because we understand the Church is not a building....but a body of believers in Jesus Christ.
