Kennell Caeser is a dedicated expert with over 27 years of experience in mental health and community advocacy. Throughout his career, he has worked extensively with individuals facing various diagnoses including Traumatic Brain Injury, Schizophrenia, Bipolar Disorder, Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, Oppositional Defiant Disorder (ODD), Depression, and Intermittent Explosive Disorder (IED), among others.
Caeser pursued his education at Livingston College, Highpoint University, and Symbiosis Coaching School, honing his expertise in therapeutic practices and community engagement.
For 16 years, Caeser has provided nurturing care to adopted and foster children within his own home, utilizing therapeutic licensure to support their well-being. Additionally, he has been actively involved in creating and implementing curriculum and hands-on programs in innercity missions, specifically targeting at-risk communities.
Collaborating with the late Stew Epperson, Caeser played a pivotal role in establishing innovative programs such as the Collective Action Network (C.A.N.) and Bible-based initiatives aimed at addressing behavioral challenges among youth and adults.
Currently, Caeser serves as a Behavioral Modification specialist for the Forsyth County School System, where he implements his unique methodology known as the Four Self Model. This model, comprised of four essential steps to self-realization, guides individuals towards holistic personal development.
As the CEO of Core Pneuma Coaching Practice and a certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner and International Family Conflict Coach, Caeser is committed to empowering individuals and families worldwide. He is also the co-founder of Caeser, Lowe Behavioral Institute and the author of the insightful book "Foundation of Man: The Father You Have Always Had".
Continuing his dedication to community service, Caeser remains actively involved in various initiatives aimed at uplifting and supporting the well-being of individuals and families on a larger scale.
