MY STORY  

“I have been a Type I, insulin-dependent diabetic for over 40 years. I did not get diabetes due to heredity, my immune system, from a virus or being overweight. I developed diabetes at the age of 18 due to an accident that occurred when I was a child. At the age of one year old, I was run over by a car, leaving me with a crushed pelvis, sternum, and two broken legs. I was severely handicapped, spent six months in a body cast, and was never supposed to walk again. During the next 40 years, I suffered many debilitating conditions from the long- term complications of diabetes. I have been blind, lost the use of my legs, been in numerous comas, have had kidney failure, congestive heart failure, a heart attack, strokes, and serious digestive disorders. I am an overcomer of every form of abuse – physicial, emotional, spiritual and sexual. For years I was robbed of all hope

as physician after physician told me that I was a brittle diabetic and the best I could hope for was sugar levels to remain around the 200’s. Well, they were wrong, and by the grace of God I was healed! I give Him all the glory, honor, and praise. I have a reason for my hope and joy!

My role has been and always will be education. As long as I have breath, I will teach others that

this does not have to happen to them and that they have a choice in everything they do.”

 Dr. Corlett is the founder of the Diabetes Resource Center and the  Center for Nutritional Medicine; as well as Center for Nutritional  Microscopy Association; wherein all research has taken place, and  Founder/Director for Sola Scriptura Bible Institute and Sola  Scriptura School of Natural Health. Dr. Corlett has Doctorates  in Naturopathy (including one in biblical Naturopathy (ND, NDb),  Theology (ThD), and is also a Doctor of Divinity (DDiv) and Doctor  of Christian Counselling (DCC); as well as a Licensed Doctor of  Pastoral Science (PScD) with the Pastoral Medical Association  International (now the PWA). She has authored many books, CDs,  DVDs and conducted seminars internationally on health, nutrition, diabetes, digestion, live  blood analysis (Lived & Dried Blood Analysis Training), and so much more. Dr. Corlett has  also founded International Disciples of Christ, Fruit of the Vine Nutrition, and  Teshuvah Living, a ministry that teaches righteous and healthy living, by preparing people  for what is to come by providing “Food for the Body and Soul TM.” In addition, she has  created “Everyday FoodTM”, which are ‘All Natural & Organic Whole Food’ products.
